Everyone attending a show must have a ticket regardless of age. We do not admit children under 3.

It was an affair of honor. In 1907 Col. J.C. Edmonds, beloved Superintendant of Bastrop Schools, believed his daughter had been shamed and humiliated by R.A. Brooks, Assistant Postmaster and a respected attorney. An apology was demanded but refused. The affair was settled with guns on Main Street in what came to be the last duel in Bastrop.
